Army Sgt. William R. Wilson III, 27, of Getzville, was killed in Afghanistan by a member of the Afghan security force on March 26, 2012.

In one hour, I will leave and head to Omaha.
In the same amount of time it will take me to drive there, he will board his plane from Texas and be headed there as well.

I sent this random blow up penguin balloon to my husband in Afghanistan. He said everyone was jealous of it :)
I don’t think he realizes how much seeing a smile on his face makes me happy while he’s there. I’m glad that even with the small presents I sent him, I could still put that smile on his face. I did that. God, I miss him.
